If you have never tried Tai Chi or Qigong- this is a great opportunity to feel and experience your own energy to recover a sense of safety and ease in the body and mind. Also tools for stress reduction, anxiety, release, relaxation and vitality.
Kurt has a new and improved way of teaching - the practice unfolds and progresses with gentle standing movements and short moments of stillness (standing and lying down).
The calming nature at @Heenat_Salwa farm is the perfect location for Tai Chi practice and a little mindfulness.
I will be sharing a couple of mindful moments as part of the program.
