In the event that a student is absent from school or tardy for any reason, the parents must notify Middle School by email to msattendance@asd.edu.qa or call the MS Office 4499-1200. If an extended absence is planned, students are asked to complete a Pre-arranged Absence form (available in the MS Office) to arrange for any missed work with their teachers.
In the event that a student has to leave early due to doctor appointments etc, parents must also notify Middle School by email to msattendance@asd.edu.qa or call to the MS Office 4499-1200 in the morning to ensure MS Office notify the teacher and send a reminder to the student.
